As a ‘people-focused’ school we are committed to supporting everyone to be the ‘best possible version’ of themselves. We recognise that a key driver in this is our interdependence as members of the school community. We all have the capacity to influence others and to set and maintain our shared culture.

If you’re considering a move to work with us, you’ll find Brackley and the surrounding areas are full of options. Brackley itself is a small, very pretty market town with a range of independent shops and restaurants. Public transport has improved in the last couple of years, but if you’re looking to live somewhere a little busier and better-connected then you have options including Bicester, Banbury, Northampton and Milton Keynes all within 30 minutes drive. Equally the countryside of South Northants, North Oxfordshire and West Buckinghamshire are full of villages and small towns with welcoming communities. Colleagues here will be very happy to offer their advice and opinions!
