Student Services Manager

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Grade TBC

Required from September 2025 to lead our highly skilled student services team who provide a high standard of pastoral care to students in years 7 – 11 and to forge effective links with students’ parents to support students’ learning and welfare. This role requires an inspiring individual who has the qualities to motivate and encourage our students, as well as the wider staff team, as we are committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people.

The post would suit a practitioner with experience of working in a school environment with proven pastoral support skills.

The job will involve working with students on a personal level over a wide range of issues.  A key aspect of the role will be the liaison with parents and members of teaching staff.
