Admin Co-ordinator

30 hours per week; 40 weeks per year
Grade F (£23,893 - £24,294 gross; pro-rata to 40 weeks per year)

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented individual to join our school as soon as possible.  As an Administration Co-ordinator you will become a key member of the team, helping with the smooth running of the admin provision. You will be responsible for co-ordinating admin support for faculties and liaising with outside agencies over administrative provision.

You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, organised and well presented with strong ICT/keyboard skills.  

Duties will include: 

  • Co-ordinating admin support for faculties
  • General administration for the school, including extra curricular music lesson
  • Support for trips and work experience
  • MIS (database) data entry
  • Reception duties – lunchtime cover plus ad-hoc
