Admin Assistant

Full or part time
Grade D (£22,737 - £23,114 gross; pro-rata – 40 weeks per year)

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented individual to join our school as soon as possible.  As an Administration Assistant, you will become a key member of the team, providing a range of clerical and administrative support within the school.

You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, organised and well presented with strong ICT/keyboard skills.  

You will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, working alongside experienced staff.

Duties will include: 

  • General administration for faculties (including reprographics work)
  • MIS (database) data entry
  • Reception duties – lunchtime cover plus ad-hoc
